Name: E&C Gaw Province: Ontario Date: Monday February 06, 2006 Comments: We are planning a trip to Atlantic Canada this sunner and your site has confirmed that the Fundy Area will definately take up a great deal of our time there. Thank you for the great pic's, and like some of the others who left notes in the guest book, I too would have liked to see more. How about a low and high tide shot of Hopewell Rocks? It's really hard to visualize the difference without actually seeing it, side by side. A lot of nice work in this site, by the Webmaster, and by God. Thanks a bundle. E. CommentsNice site, enjoyed the photos.
CommentsVery informative site, more on the trails would be nice
CommentsNice site, more info on the park, and bay of fundy would be nice. But still this is the best site I've seen on the area.
CommentsReal nice site, great picturesque photos.
CommentsI was looking at your site have some fantastic pictures. I only wished you had more.
CommentsI would like to see the different camp sites, Chignecto, Point Wolfe and Headquarters. Very nice site. Can't wait to come and visit!
CommentsI wish there were maps of the trails at Fundy National Park.
CommentsExcellent trail coverage. Should add more attractions to your site, i.e. horseback riding?, etc.
Comments
Commentsnice site, would like to have more information on camping areas.
CommentsIt is a wonderful place to come and visit, so peaceful. A great break from everyday life!
CommentsGreat site. Please add maps of the trails. Comments
CommentsVERY INTERESTING SITE WILL BE VISITING NEXT WEEK
CommentsI have been visiting Fundy for thirty-four years. Ever since my father bought a summer cottage near Fundy Bay I have been blessed with many blissful summers there. I use to feel happy when a car or two would happen out our way and discover the magnificent view & stop along the road for a picture. Those days are over. Now we get 20-30 cars or more per day. People stop and leave their trash- or anything else they don't want for us to pick up. Act like we own it to them to pick up after them. People now freely camp out on the beach ( an UNMANAGED wildlife area)- leave beer bottles and other waste--expecting that someone will pick it all up-someday. If you like lots of cars, large SUV's, trash filled sand-bottle caps, beer bottles & cans, dirty water and crowds, and people who consume the environment like a case of beer, then I invite you to visit any one of Connecticut's public beaches. Bring your bad habits with you, you'll fit right in. PS I love New Brunswick, its people and its nature. I know I am only a VISITOR in your country. It breaks my heart to see the same enivronmental mistakes being made as we have done in the USA. Webmaster Note: The above note was left with no name, I can only assume the reason that no name was left. The person wanted to make a statement about how they feel about the area around The Bay of Fundy. I do not know where they are talking about, but I do know that near my cottage the traffic has increased. I do know of a section of road near a beach that is popular for many to stop and take a picture of a wonderful beach. This beach is not that accessible, though there is a small lane that has been used by the local community to access the beach, as well as another small lane partway down the beach with a very small parking lot. In recent years, someone has decided that they do not want anybody crossing their property, and have erected "No Trespassing" signs. Now this is private property, but has been open for access to the beach for more than the 18 years that I have been visiting the area. I do agree that it is very important to maintain our natural areas, and protect wildlife. But I also feel that it is important that we as Canadians and Provincial residents do not lose access to our beaches and coastal areas. This is an increasing problem with NON-Canadians purchasing land and trying to block access to our coast. So we must work together to protect our natural areas, not close them for private use.
Commentshey u need more written info! i have a majour project dew on theis park! more info!
Commentsit's a beautiful
CommentsI think your photos are outstanding. I have been to Fairhaven, Deer Island many times and the ferry ride can be a real interesting experience on a foggy night!
CommentsThis is the best Park that I have ever been to! The employees are excellent!
CommentsHello, Thanks for displaying the pictures that I sent you. You are right about the "Redhead" picture. It is not there anymore. I felt that it was the most spectacular just befor it fell. The Bay of Fundy coastline lost a great attraction. This picture was taken just a few days before "Redhead" fell to the beach. You have a great site.
CommentsI would like to say that your website is great! However, I would like to see more information about Fundy. Like info on the VRC, the interpretive programs, etc. I like to know more about what the park has to offer. Other than that, this website rocks!

CommentsTerrific web site. Helped me to decide where we will stay during our visit in your area. It's the Parkland Village Inn for us! See you in September 2002
CommentsI actually miss Alma and that restaurant by the shore {run by a lady from Kitchener, Ontario I do believe). I haven't been there in five years....seems longer than that. Lovely town. (and thanks to [I believe this is the name] Collin's Fishery who allowed my ten year old son to work for them one summer day {Tony} and paid him a lobster! He still remembers that and speaks fondly of them. (This weekend we heard there was a fire on three lobster ships at Alma [???]...hopefully no injuries or serious damage...and Tony says hopefully not Collin's!) Anyways, lovely web site, the pictures bring back so many fond memories...especially when my late wife was with me. Thank you. Keep it up!

CommentsGreat page! I visit here every year at least 3 times. My wife's mother was born and brought up on Teahan's Corner in New Ireland. Teahan's Corner is located at the intersection of the Shepody road and the Forty Five road. We are currently clearing land on the corner and elsewhere in New Ireland.
CommentsFundy is a beautiful park with many scenic trails and lots of friendly people. Alma village is quit nice to look at and hospitalityis great. There are many trails yet to walk and much more to see so I will be back again and again.
CommentsI think that this is one of the most beautiful spots in the world. You have everything one could ask for. Trails for everyone and some awesome wilderness camping spot. A+
CommentsI wanted to say that the website is nice but I don't think anything can do this beautiful place justice. I have been to quite a few national parks and Fundy is still the number 1 on my list. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! Lavertyfalls and Thirdvault falls are a must see!!!

Wanda Janes Codroy Valley Newfoundaland

Commentsgreat site,
Commentsgreat website!
CommentsIt makes me home sick to see the pictures of the Bay there, I left SJ NB in WW2 at 18. I loved the 2 weeks of summer there but had the good sense to spend 60 years in a warm climate with greater fishing and hunting. Being situated between the snow capped mountains and the sea shore, I dont have far to drive for either. May ya`ll be so lucky. Bless ya.
CommentsHello, this is an awesome website!!! Every summer My family goes up there for 4-5 weeks. We have a house right in the village of Alma!!! We love Alma so much. Your website is awesome. I do think that you should get some pictures of some of the locals though. Just to spice it up a bit!!! I am sure that they wouldn't mind. :P Keep up the great work!!!

CommentsI enjoy reading your information on strong signals and what it represents. I live in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada and I find it refreshing how we can learn so much about each others tastes and about all kinds of ideas all over the world through the information we read and see on the internet.
